Location and hospitality

Babel Camp offers accommodation in double, triple and some bigger rooms (apartments or hostel, depending on our logistics) at Babel Camp, 3 meals per day, and the necessary backline and instruments to be specified in advance.

Places are limited, and earlier application gives you a better fee level.
Apply early and save up to EUR 160 compared to the last-minute fee.
Early Bird – EUR 480 (until April 30, 2026) – Save €80 by applying before April 30!

  • You’ll be notified by email
  • If selected, you have 5 working days to secure your spot with payment
  • Until April 30 → 90% refund
  • May 1 – May 31 → 50% refund
  • After May 31 → no refund
  • Leaving early → no refund

If the event is cancelled due to force majeure, fees are fully refunded (travel not included—book flexible tickets).
